SM2 Lens Tube

LBTEK lens tubes are commonly used to secure optical components with a diameter of Ø50.8 mm or to block stray light in optical paths, preventing environmental light from affecting the system. LBTEK's SM2 lens tubes come in three versions: with both internal and external threads (SM2-xxA), internal threads only (SM2-xxB), and external threads only (SM2-xxC). The lens tubes can be combined to extend their length, facilitating the rapid setup of compact optical systems. By using a retaining ring wrench, the retaining ring can be positioned at the desired location inside the lens tube to separate and secure optical components. In addition to the standard SM2 lens tubes, LBTEK also offers SM05 and SM1 lens tubes, along with compatible accessories such as lens tube adapters, retaining rings, and retaining ring wrenches.
