Epi-illumination component
We have multiple epi-illumination modules and accessories that can be used to build the epi-illumination path for a self-assembled microscope system. Using these components to guide light through the objective lens can produce strong illumination across the entire field of view.
Our epi-illumination modules are ready to use, with their incident light providing uniform illumination across the field of view at the sample plane. Our self-assembled epi-illumination modules, including the top breadboard and the top breadboard with a dual-position slider, enable a fully integrated illumination setup.
We offer the MRF1-MF2 microscope filter cube for the MRF1 epi-illumination module. For the MRF6 epi-illuminator module, we have the MRF6W filter wheel, which can directly accommodate up to six filter sets without requiring a separate filter cube.
Both filter cubes and filter wheels can be equipped with Ø25 mm excitation and emission filters and 36mm x 25mm dichroic mirrors, making them compatible with filters from all major manufacturers. We also manufacture 25 mm x 36 mm plate beamsplitters (for white light imaging in epi-illumination) and 25 mm x 36 mm protected silver mirrors.
