Precision Photonics for Research & Industry
LBTEK offers a wide variety of Nikon infinity-corrected microscope objectives covering wavelengths from the ultraviolet to the near-infrared, suitable for brightfield, darkfield, DIC, fluorescence, polarizing, multiphoton, and phase-contrast microscopy. LBTEK's Nikon objectives are categorized by their achromat performance: plan semi-apochromat objectives (also known as plan fluorite or plan fluorite objectives) and apochromat objectives. Apochromat objectives offer higher image quality than semi-apochromat objectives. They are also categorized by the immersion fluid used for imaging: dry, oil, and water immersion objectives.
The NAPO25XCW-MP and NAPO25XCW-MP1300 objectives are optimized for deep tissue imaging using multiphoton confocal microscopy and are ideal for multiphoton imaging. The NPLNFL10XDLL and NPLNFL10XDLL objectives are designed for positive phase contrast imaging and are an excellent choice for phase-contrast microscopy. Objectives can be adapted to 1" optics mounts using the LBTEK adapters SM1-M25A or SM1-M32A.
