2-Dimensional Adjustable Mounting Platforms
The LBTEK 2D Adjustable Mounting Platform is suitable for mounting optical components such as prisms and cubes. It includes a mounting plate and an adjustable clamping arm capable of holding optical components with a maximum height of 24.7 mm. Two M6×0.25 adjustment screws enable ±4° pitch and yaw adjustments with a precision of 0.4° per rotation. The back panel features M4 countersunk holes and M4 threaded holes, and comes with an M4×10 pan-head screw for connecting to optical posts. The APM-1 mounting plate has five M4 threaded through-holes and two adjusters, while the APM3-1 has ten M4 threaded through-holes and three adjusters for mounting the clamping arm. The clamping arm is equipped with a nylon-tipped set screw (compatible with a 2 mm hex key) to secure the optical component against the mounting plate. The clamping height can be extended using the post CA-1E. When paired with adjustable cylindrical lens mounts (AMP-1R, AMP-1L) or adjustable mirror mounts, the 2D adjustable platform mount enables pitch, yaw, and roll adjustments for the mounted optical component.
