2D Adjustable Cylindrical Lens Mounts
The LBTEK 2D Adjustable Cylindrical Lens Mount is commonly used for mounting cylindrical lenses or other rectangular optical components. Each mount consists of two fixed arms with rubber pads. The upper arm can slide along the post and is equipped with a locking screw to secure it in place. The lower arm is fixed and features an M4 threaded hole at the bottom for connecting to a Ø12.7 mm stainless steel optical post. If taller optical components need to be mounted, the length of the post can be extended by attaching a Ø6 mm coaxial system mounting post to the original coaxial post.
LBTEK's AMR series Cylindrical Lens Mounts come pre-installed in both left-handed and right-handed configurations. Customers can switch between left-handed and right-handed setups according to their system requirements. For details, please refer to the assembly diagram. Each mount is equipped with two adjusters, allowing pitch and yaw adjustment of the lens within a ±4° range.
In addition to the 2D Adjustable Cylindrical Lens Mounts, LBTEK also offers fixed cylindrical lens mounts, which can also accommodate rectangular optical components. Compared to the adjustable version, the fixed cylindrical lens mount does not allow adjustment of the optical component's pitch and yaw angles.
