The Ø25 mm optical post without base and spacer from LBTEK is manufactured from 303 stainless steel with sandblasted and passivated surface treatment. The Ø25 mm spacer features a smooth-bore M6 through-hole at center and includes two Ø2 mm through-hole location pins at top, the spacer typically extends the length of Ø25 mm stainless steel optical post. Six thickness options are available: 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, and 8 mm, each spacer purchase includes two cylindrical pins. Additionally, Ø25 mm spacer can be purchased as a set for more convenient options. The Ø25 mm optical post without base from LBTEK features an M6 tapped hole at the bottom center and offers optional M4 or M6 tapped hole at the top center. The top features two Ø2 mm non-through location pins, it enable precise length stacking, and each post purchase includes one M4 or M6 cup-point set screw.
