All types feature XYZ-axis drive with a micrometer driver, providing 13 mm travel and 10 Ī¼m minimum graduation. The stage surface measures 65 mm Ć 65 mm with M6 tapped holes. The stage base incorporates four U-shaped slot positioning holes for securing the stage via M6 screws.
