The XYZ-axis linear translation stage from LBTEK incorporates a differential micrometer head structure with end direct drive. It provides coarse adjustment of 13 mm travel (10 Ī¼m minimum graduation) and fine adjustment of 200 Ī¼m travel (0.5 Ī¼m minimum graduation). The 65 mm Ć 65 mm stage surface features M6 tapped holes. Four U-shaped slot positioning holes on the base enable stage securing with M6 screws.
