Overview

The 1300-2000nm Chirped Mirror -2500fs² is a high-performance dielectric chirped mirror engineered for compression and dispersion management in ultrafast laser systems. Reflectance bandwidth spans 1320 nm centered near 1320 nm. Group delay dispersion of -2500 fs² per bounce enables stretching, compression, and chirped-pulse amplification across the NIR window served by Er:fiber, Tm:fiber, Cr:Forsterite, and OPCPA architectures.

Storage & Handling

Store in low-humidity dry cabinet with optical-grade lens tissue protection. Handle by the edges only — coating surface contact will degrade reflectance and damage threshold. Clean with high-purity acetone or methanol using the drop-and-drag technique; never wipe across the coated face. Avoid extreme temperature gradients that can cause stress birefringence in the substrate.
