APD-S400A

Overview

LBTEK standard avalanche photodetectors (APDs) offer high-sensitivity detection with internal gain mechanism. Available in Silicon and InGaAs versions with fixed gain factors, these detectors provide significantly higher responsivity than standard PIN photodiodes.
