Overview

Blazed gratings transfer and concentrate light energy from the zeroth order into a chosen diffraction order through a sawtooth groove profile, serving as dispersive elements in spectroscopy and related fields. Model BG25-1200-1000 is a replica grating on a soda-lime glass substrate with a groove density of 1200 lines/mm, blazed at 1000 nm (blaze angle 36.86°) and an angular dispersion of 0.67 nm/mrad over a >84%CA clear aperture.
