Overview

Blazed gratings transfer and concentrate light energy from the zeroth order into a chosen diffraction order through a sawtooth groove profile, serving as dispersive elements in spectroscopy and related fields. Model BG25-300-300 is a replica grating on a soda-lime glass substrate with a groove density of 300 lines/mm, blazed at 300 nm (blaze angle 2.58°) and an angular dispersion of 3.33 nm/mrad over a >84%CA clear aperture.
