Within the coated area, the optical density (OD) varies linearly with the rotation angle (θ), following the relationship OD = k * θ. By rotating the coated region of the filter, linear and adjustable attenuation of the light beam can be achieved. Additionally, the back surface of the filter is coated with an anti-reflection (AR) coating, which effectively suppresses stray light within the 350-700 nm operating wavelength range. Currently, the available OD ranges for continuous neutral density filters include 0.02-2.0, 0.02-4.0, and 0.02-6.0, with optional diameters of Ø25 mm, Ø50 mm, and Ø100 mm. In addition to standard products, LBTEK offers various customization services. The OD value of the continuous neutral density filter can be adjusted by rotation. One side of the continuous neutral density filter is coated with a filter film (Inconel film), while the other side is coated with an anti-reflection coating (A-coating). For optimal performance, it is recommended that light enters from the filter film side. Although classified as a reflective neutral density filter, the Inconel film still absorbs a portion of the incident light. Additionally, this unprotected metal film should be handled with care to avoid contact; cleaning is recommended using an air blower.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"WaveQuanta","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47518977327258,"sku":"NDFR-100C-2-A","price":605.99,"currency_code":"SGD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0734\/6156\/3546\/files\/1-1_E8_BF_9E_E7_BB_AD_E5_9E_8B_E4_B8_AD_E6_80_A7_E5_AF_86_E5_BA_A6_E6_BB_A4_E5_85_89_E7_89_87-FjvCjLYLKc0RC2kSu4RdVOdKGEE5_32bae344-6500-436a-b723-a7f8d4459e0c.jpg?v=1772681058","url":"https:\/\/waveqvanta.com\/products\/continuous-neutral-density-filter-operating-wavelength-350-nm-700-nm-ndfr-100c-2-a","provider":"WaveQuanta","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
