Ø12.7 mm Post Collar
LBTEK offers various types of post collars. The sliding post collar OPRM-1 mounts on Ø12.7 mm posts or post holders using either an M6 knurled thumb screw or an M4 set screw. Its inner wall groove design ensures dual-line contact with the post to prevent rotation. The post alignment collar assembly OPRM-2 mounts on Ø12.7 mm posts or post holders via M4 screws, featuring a steel ball and V-groove design to achieve dual-line contact for height fixation and rotational alignment. The post collar OPRM-3 within the assembly can be sold separately for post height fixation. OPRM-4/5/6 can be operated individually or in combination for rapid positioning and adjustment. Note: Before height adjustment, lightly secure the post with the thumb screw of the post holder to prevent rotation during height changes. For coarse height adjustment, simultaneously loosen the locking screws on the post holder and post collar.
