Ø25 mm Flexible Post Holder

The Ø25 mm flexible post holder from LBTEK is designed for clamping Ø25 mm posts, available in two types: the Ø25 mm standard flexible post holder and the Ø25 mm base-type flexible post holder. The difference is that the Ø25 mm standard flexible post holder (FPH-xxA series) features an M6 tapped through-hole at the bottom, preventing the post from penetrating the holder and maintaining 6.1 mm minimum spacing from the platform surface. On the other hand, the Ø25 mm base-type flexible post holder (FPH-xxB series) features a Ø47×6.1 mm base at the bottom, which can be used in conjunction with the LBTEK clamping fork PHC1.5 for flexible installation on optical platforms. Its center has a fully through-hole to satisfy the minimum beam height requirement. Both types of post holders have a circular groove and a square groove. The circular groove allows the metal to bend under force, thereby securing the post. After locking, the square groove forms two fixed contact lines with the post to ensure maximum clamping force. The flexible locking function can be achieved by using an M4 socket head cap screw.
