Product Description

  • Optical Material: N-BK7
  • Operating Wavelength: 350 nm-2.0 μm (uncoated)
  • Application: Imaging, beam expansion or reduction

Double-concave lenses feature two concave surfaces with equal radii of curvature and provide a negative focal length. They are typically used for beam collimation, focal length adjustment, or image reduction/expansion. N-BK7 is one of the most commonly used optical materials, well-suited for applications in the visible and near-infrared spectral ranges. LBTEK manufactures a wide range of double-concave lenses from N-BK7 for general-purpose use. In addition, LBTEK also offers double-concave lenses made from N-SF11. With its lower Abbe number, N-SF11 is often used to produce lenses with shorter focal lengths. LBTEK provides uncoated double-concave lenses as well as AR-coated versions optimized for three wavelength ranges: 400–700 nm, 700–1100 nm, and 1100–1650 nm. All lenses are precisely manufactured under strict quality control, ensuring that LBTEK delivers high-quality products at competitive prices.

  • Substrate Material: N-BK7
  • Application: Imaging, Beam Expansion
  • Operating Wavelength: 350 nm-2000 nm

The LBTEK double-concave lens has a negative focal length and is commonly used in applications such as imaging or beam collimation. LBTEK double-concave lenses are manufactured using N-BK7 glass that complies with RoHS standards. N-BK7 is the most commonly used material for high-quality optical components, primarily applied in visible and near-infrared fields. All circular lenses from LBTEK can be mounted in LBTEK standard lens sleeves, fixed lens holders, and various coaxial mounting plates. Customers can choose the optimal mounting method for different application scenarios.
