The bandpass filter only allows complete transmission at the center wavelength, with a blocking range optical density as high as OD5 and OD6. The CHROMA high-performance bandpass filters provided by LBTEK utilize magnetron sputtering coating technology, featuring high transmittance, high blocking depth, and high steepness. In applications with high signal-to-noise ratio requirements, such as fluorescence imaging, using high-performance bandpass filters can effectively block stray light to reduce background noise, while efficiently transmitting the sample's own fluorescence to maximize the collection of effective signals, resulting in better imaging performance.
