The DOE25Q-532-FTR6733-6-UP is a high-power homogenizing diffractive optical element (DOE) that reshapes a Gaussian input beam into a uniform rectangular flat-top spot of 67×33 μm. UV-grade fused silica keeps absorption low and the damage threshold high, so the element tolerates the high average and peak powers typical of industrial and ultraviolet lasers. Because the surface relief is deterministic rather than scattering, the output keeps its rectangular shape with sharp edges, <10 % unevenness (RMS) and an edge roll-off of 6.02 μm. Handle the DOE by its housing and keep the diffractive surface free of dust and fingerprints; the surface relief is finer than a polished optical surface, so avoid abrasive wiping. Blow off loose particles before any contact cleaning, then use optical-grade solvent with lens tissue. Observe the orientation of the structured face when mounting, respect the specified incident spot size and beam quality, and store the element in its original container in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
