Manual Fiber Cleavers FC9-24-A

LBTEK provides manual fiber cleavers suitable for single-core fibers with diameters of Ø0.25 mm, Ø0.90 mm, Ø3.0 mm, and a cladding diameter of 125 μm. One side is equipped with a fiber collection box to store fiber debris after cleaving, preventing debris from piercing fingers and facilitating centralized disposal. During cleaving, place the fiber in the corresponding groove and perform the cleaving according to the instructions. If the fiber cannot be cut or the cleaved end has rounded edges, loosen the height adjustment screw of the blade, adjust the blade to the appropriate height, and cleave again. If a significant decline in cleaving quality is observed, loosen the blade pressure screw and adjust the blade position according to the instructions. The user manual is included with the product.
