LBTEK plano-convex lenses are made from UV-grade fused silica glass, offering better uniformity and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion compared to N-BK7 glass, making them suitable for ultraviolet and near-infrared wavelength ranges. LBTEK plano-convex lenses have a positive focal length and are commonly used in applications such as imaging or beam collimation. LBTEK offers both unmounted and mounted plano-convex lenses, with an operating wavelength range of 350 nm to 700 nm, and available in three element diameters: 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm, and 50.8 mm. The mounted lenses are pre-installed in standard lens tubes, with the product model, type, diameter, and focal length engraved on the tube surface for easy identification of lens parameters. All LBTEK unmounted lenses can be installed in LBTEK standard lens tubes, fixed lens mounts, and various coaxial mounting plates, allowing customers to choose the optimal mounting solution for different application scenarios.
