LBTEK offers Quality Edgepass Filters that utilize UV-grade fused silica as the substrate. One side of the filter is coated with a filter coating, while the other side features an AR coating. Light comes in the direction of the arrow, allowing specific wavelengths to pass through while rejecting others. These filters are characterized by high transmission rates and high blocking efficiency. LBTEK's Quality Edgepass Filters achieve a transmission rate of >85% within the passband wavelength range and an optical density OD(avg) of >5 in the rejection range. The filters are pre-mounted in black anodized aluminum rings with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm for easy installation and use. They also suppress light below the cut-on (cut-off) wavelength, achieving an average optical density (OD) of 5 (OD), meaning a transmittance of less than 0.001%. These Quality Longpass Filters are pre-mounted in a black anodized aluminum ring with an arrow marking the direction of light for easy installation.
