LBTEK offers Quality Edgepass Filters that utilize UV-grade fused silica as the substrate. One side of the filter is coated with a filter coating, while the other side features an AR coating. Light comes in the direction of the arrow, allowing specific wavelengths to pass through while rejecting others. These filters are characterized by high transmission rates and high blocking efficiency. LBTEK's Quality Edgepass Filters achieve a transmission rate of >85% within the passband wavelength range and an optical density OD(avg) of >5 in the rejection range. The filters are pre-mounted in black anodized aluminum rings with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm for easy installation and use. LBTEK Quality Shortpass Filters allow light below the cut-on (cut-off) wavelength to pass through. One side of the filter is coated with a filter film, while the other side has an anti-reflection coating, ensuring high transmittance for light below the cut-on (cut-off) wavelength and effectively suppressing light above it. The optical density (average) in the stopband can reach OD 5, meaning the transmittance is <0.001%. These Quality Edgepass Filters come mounted in black anodized aluminum rings, with the light direction clearly marked by an arrow on the housing for easy installation and use.
