The vacuum-compatible spacers provided by LBTEK undergo special treatment before packaging. In a vacuum environment of 23℃, they can be directly applied to a vacuum of 10^(-6) Torr upon unpacking. For applications in vacuum environments ranging from 10^(-6) Torr to 10^(-9) Torr, it is recommended to bake them at 110℃ for 5 hours before use to remove any grease and moisture adhering to the lens mount. Note that when using the gaskets, the rough side should face the screw, while the smooth side should face the object being clamped.
