This high-GDD mirror is specifically engineered for 1030 nm Yb-based laser systems requiring efficient chirp compensation over the 1020–1040 nm spectral range.

With -3000 fs² per reflection, this 1030nm chirped mirror achieves GDD compensation in remarkably few bounces—compressing a 1.5 ps stretched pulse in just 4 reflections or managing typical CPA stretcher dispersion with 6–8 bounces. This compact dispersion management reduces cavity footprint and cumulative loss compared to conventional lower-GDD mirror designs, making it ideal for Yb:YAG, Yb:KGW, Yb:fiber, and Yb:CALGO oscillators demanding tight integration and high throughput.

Construction & Performance

The multilayer coating architecture provides broadband phase control while maintaining flat reflectivity, ensuring predictable dispersion compensation without introducing spectral clipping in sub-100 fs pulse applications.

Storage & Handling

Operate at 25 °C, 40–60% RH. Clean only with >99% optical-grade ethanol and lint-free lens tissue using single-pass drag method. Avoid abrasive cloths and water.
