The CM-3 features an SM1 threaded through-hole on the side, which can be sealed with an SM1-C2 protective end cap to shield optical components from dust and stray light. The side surface includes an M3 threaded hole for connecting Ø6 mm coaxial rods, compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems. The base is equipped with an M4 threaded hole for mounting onto optical rods. Product installation information can be written in pencil in the white frame on the top for easy identification. Please note: Use only the dedicated hex wrench provided by LBTEK to tighten the four black hex socket head screws. Using other wrenches, especially ball-end hex wrenches, may strip the hex socket. When tightening, secure the internal components without excessive force. It is also recommended to periodically replace the socket head screws, which are M2.5x6 countersunk hex socket screws.
