Adjustable Lens Tube SM1-20V

The LBTEK internal and external threaded lens tube has SM1 external threads on one end and SM1 internal threads on the other, primarily used to secure optical components with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm. The position of the optical component can be adjusted along the optical axis by rotating it back and forth. Once the desired position is reached, it can be locked in place using an external retaining ring (SM1NR). Additionally, each lens tube comes with an SM1R retaining ring for securing the optical component. The internal thread depths for SM1-8V, SM1-20V, and SM1-33V are all 12.5 mm, while those for SM1-20VT and SM1-33VT are 16.5 mm. The external thread lengths are 12.5 mm, 25 mm, and 38 mm, respectively. The maximum installation thickness for Ø25.4 mm optical components is 10.5 mm and 14.5 mm. The minimum adjustable range equals the thickness of the external retaining ring, while the maximum adjustable range is the total length of the external thread minus the thickness of the external retaining ring and the minimum thread engagement depth of 2 mm.
