HDETS025-2G
Overview
LBTEK high-speed biased photodetectors cover Si, InGaAs, and GaAs sensor types with wavelength ranges spanning 400-3600 nm. These detectors combine low noise, high-speed response, and zero-gain characteristics for demanding applications.
Available in both free-space and fiber-coupled configurations. Fiber-coupled models accept FC/PC single-mode or multimode fibers. Free-space models offer either AR-coated flat windows or uncoated ball lenses for flexible input coupling.
