LBTek high-power cylindrical lens array products include two main types: single-sided structure and double-sided orthogonal structure. These products utilize high-damage-threshold UV fused silica or S-TIH53 optical glass as the substrate material with advanced micro-nano structure processing technology to create continuously arranged cylindrical microlens units.
The arrays feature a high fill factor and excellent surface shape consistency, effectively reducing scattering losses. When paired with appropriate lenses, cylindrical lens arrays can transform non-uniform multimode laser beams into highly uniform linear or square flat-top spots.
