Overview
This High Power Cylindrical Lens Array is a refractive microlens array for one-dimensional beam shaping and homogenization. Cylindrical lenslets are figured directly into a UV fused silica substrate in a double-sided orthogonal cylindrical lens array, giving a 1.3 mm array period and an f-number of 11.15. The 35×35×2 mm element offers a 32.5×32.5 mm clear aperture and spreads the incident beam over a 5.16 ° divergence angle across the 200-2100 nm operating range. Microlens focal length: 12.8 mm @248 nm; 14.1 mm @532 nm; 14.5 mm @1064 nm. The element is a solid single-material UV fused silica component with no polymer or adhesive layer in the beam path, consistent with its high-power designation.

Construction & Performance
The lenslets are arranged in a double-sided orthogonal cylindrical lens array on a UV fused silica blank of 35×35×2 mm outer dimensions, with a 6.5 mm radius of curvature per lenslet. Storage & Handling
Handle the array by its edges and avoid contact with the clear aperture. Keep the microlens surfaces free of dust and fingerprints; when cleaning is required, use clean optical-grade solvents and lens tissue, wiping along the lenslet axis. Note the orientation of the lenslet axis when mounting so the shaped beam lies in the intended plane. Store in the original container in a clean, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, condensation and corrosive vapors.
