Miniature Optical Mount (Industrial Grade) AMM-05S

The LBTEK Miniature Optical Mounts can accommodate optical components with a diameter of Ø12.7 mm and features an optical axis height of 15.9 mm. The base of the mount is equipped with counterbore holes for M2 screws for connection and installation. The optical component is secured using a combination of rubber-tipped screws and a retaining ring, providing excellent vibration resistance and stability. It can fix optical components with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. The rubber-tipped screws are M2-sized and can be adjusted with a 0.9 mm hex wrench, while the retaining ring is fixed by two M1.6 cylindrical head screws and adjusted using a 1.5 mm hex wrench. The mount includes two M3×0.25 precision adjusters, offering pitch and yaw adjustment ranges of ±4°, with a resolution of 0.1.12° per rotation. The adjusters do not come with knobs and can be adjusted using a 1.5 mm hex wrench or an HWS-1.5 hex wrench with a knob. Purchasing the LBTEK Standard O-Type Optical Mount includes one HWS-1.5 hex wrench with a knob, one 0.9 mm hex wrench, and four M2 socket head cap screw.
