The LBTEK Multi-Focal DOE is a focus-shaping optical element generating multiple equally spaced, uniformly energetic focal points along the axial direction. It utilizes diffraction principles with high efficiency and uniformity, applicable for objective lenses.

Made of Liquid Crystal Polymer/N-BK7 window material with a sandwich-style flat plate structure. The fast-axis orientation of liquid crystal molecules varies periodically along the radius, featuring λ/2 retardation.

The multi-focal DOE focuses incident light into a fixed number of equally spaced, uniformly distributed focal points along the axial direction through diffraction-based phase modulation. Primarily used for laser deep cutting of transparent materials like glass and sapphire.
