The spring-loaded 5 mm hex thumb screws from LBTEK are manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminum, the highest strength grade among common aluminum materials, delivering nearly twice the torsional performance of 6061-T6 aluminum. The front POM plunger effectively prevents post scratching. Knurled thumb screws enable initial hand tightening for positional adjustment. After positioning, a 5 mm hex key reinforces the clamping force (Note: Excessive torque may cause the locking screw to fracture. It is recommended to use an L-shaped hex key gripped at the short end for gentle tightening, with a maximum recommended torque of 3.2 N·m).
