        The LBTEK XY Vacuum-Compatible Adjustable Mount is specifically designed for Ø1-inch optical components, offering a bidirectional XY adjustment range of ±2.0 mm. Both ends of the product are equipped with precision adjusters, providing an adjustment precision of 0.20 mm per revolution. The top of each adjuster features a 2.0 mm hex socket, allowing users to manually adjust the mount using either the LBTEK HWS-2 hex wrench (sold separately) or a standard 2.0 mm hex wrench, ensuring convenient and flexible operation.
        The adjusters incorporate an integrated displacement locking mechanism, which can be engaged using a 2.0 mm hex wrench. This mechanism effectively ensures long-term alignment stability during device operation. For installation compatibility, the product features one M4 countersunk hole on both the bottom and side surfaces for mounting onto posts. Each mounting surface is equipped with two Ø2 mm locating pin holes to ensure precise positioning of the installation location and angle. Additionally, an M4 threaded hole is provided along the Y-axis direction, allowing for a secure connection to a post via a set screw, further enhancing installation reliability.

Please note that the screws on either side of the locking screw are backlash elimination screws. They have been pre-adjusted at the factory to ensure the linearity of the XY mount. Customers should not rotate these screws, as illustrated in the right-hand figure.
