Aluminum Profile Slides and Accessories BCA2

Baffle plate from LBTEK is lightweight and capable of blocking unnecessary light. When used in combination with aluminum profiles and other accessories, they can be used to build an enclosed darkroom. Currently, two types of baffle plates are available: BCA1 with dimensions of 580 mm × 840 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, which can be cut with scissors to build a suitable enclosure. BCA2 with dimensions of 600 mm × 600 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, offering higher rigidity and featuring a foam core that helps absorb noise to some extent while remaining easy to cut for constructing enclosure. Note that due to the special material and large size of the foam board, minor dents or marks may be present, but they do not affect overall rigidity or functionality, and the other side is film-coated for added protection. Recommended assembly methods: 1. Insert the cut baffle plate into aluminum profiles (suitable for both types). 2. For a larger enclosure (greater than 300 mm), drill slots at appropriate positions along the edges of the cut baffle plate and secure it firmly to the profiles using M6 screws and AP25N1 nuts for enhanced stability (only applicable to BCA1).
