The NIRvana is a thermoelectrically cooled InGaAs camera for near-infrared imaging and spectroscopy from 0.9 to 1.7 µm (standard) or 0.9 to 2.2 µm (extended). Deep TE cooling to -85°C reduces dark current without liquid nitrogen. Available in 640×512 format with high-speed readout up to 110 fps. Ideal for SWIR imaging, NIR photoluminescence, and telecom applications.
