High-Energy Pyroelectric Laser Energy Meter — Model PEM20-K

Suitable for measuring high-energy pulsed lasers up to 15 J

Overview

The LBTEK High-Energy Pyroelectric Laser Energy Meter is designed for measuring high-energy pulsed lasers, making it highly suitable for excimer lasers, CO2-TEA lasers, and ND:YAG lasers. The pyroelectric sensor converts the energy of light pulses into voltage pulses and is not suitable for continuous laser measurements. The ceramic coating of the high-energy pyroelectric laser energy meter features a flat absorption curve within the 190 nm–25 μm wavelength range. Among them, the LBPEM20-K energy meter can measure high-energy laser pulses up to 3 J, while the LBPEM45-K can measure high-energy laser pulses up to 15 J. Additionally, the meter can be directly connected to an oscilloscope with a 1 MΩ input resistance or the LBPEM710 meter via a BNC connector. To accommodate higher repetition rates when connected to an oscilloscope, the load resistance can be reduced. Our product offers optional effective detection areas of 20 mm and 45 mm. The energy meter includes a 1.5 m-long connecting cable with BNC and E connectors on each end. Note: The energy meter includes a mounting rod but does not come with a base for sale.
