The PD03 high-speed InGaAs PIN photodetector module has a photoelectric response bandwidth of ≥3GHz, a pulse rising time of 125ps, and a working wavelength covering the wavelength of 1020 to 1650nm. The RF signal output adopts SMA interface for easy connection with RF test equipment. Suitable for optical transmission systems, ultra-fast laser pulse detection, etc.
