LBTEK Ø25.4 mm Stainless Steel Vertical Adjustment Mirror Mount (Industrial Grade), with a main body made of 316L stainless steel, features a stable and compact design capable of mounting Ø25.4 mm optical components. - VAM-1BF: Front-mounted for optical components with a minimum thickness of 3 mm, secured by rubber-tipped screws. - VAM-1BP: Front-mounted for optical components with a minimum thickness of 3 mm, secured by both rubber-tipped screws and a clamping plate. - VAM-1BB: Rear-mounted for optical components with a minimum thickness of 3 mm, secured by rubber-tipped screws. - VAM-1AF2: Back-mounted for optical components with a maximum thickness of 3.8 mm, secured by a retaining ring. Rear-mounted adjustment mounts ensure that the front surface of the optical component remains at the same mounting position regardless of its thickness. The adjustment range is ±3.0°, with adjustment precision for pitch/yaw at 0.28°/rev and 0.24°/rev, respectively. Two M4×0.25 threaded pairs with locking copper plates are included, adjustable using the provided HWS-1.5 knurled hex key (1.5 mm) or a standard 1.5 mm hex key. The base features three M4 through-holes for mounting and includes supplied M4 socket head cap screws for attaching the mount to posts. Additionally, a Ø2 mm location pin hole on the base's back ensures precise positioning.
