The design analyzes expected beam splitting pattern, spot spacing, or separation angle requirements, then introduces phase structures via surface relief processing.

These DOEs leverage high beam splitting uniformity and high separation angle accuracy for deployment across parallel laser processing, optical sensing detection, optical medical aesthetics, and microscopic detection.
