Mini Clamping Fork PHA-16S-P5

The mini clamping fork from LBTEK has a clamping diameter of Ø14.2 mm and is typically used with Ø12 mm optical posts with base or Ø6 mm flexible post holders. Its three-point contact provides stable clamping force, and the integrated design ensures high rigidity. The PHA-16B3 and PHA-16B4 are constructed from black-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, while the PHA-16S is fabricated from precipitation-hardened 316L stainless steel to deliver uniform clamping force. The PHA-16B3, PHA-16B4, and PHA-16S are compatible with M3, M4, and M6 socket head cap screws respectively. The 16 mm waist-shaped slot enables 360° rotation around the base for convenient selection of mounting holes. Each clamping fork includes a spacer on the bottom surface to enhance stability when securing posts or post holders with corresponding socket head cap screws. Note: Applying excessive tightening force may induce surface deformation on optical tables, potentially resulting in component misalignment and stability degradation.
