The PyLoN-IR is a cryogenically cooled InGaAs camera optimized for near-infrared spectroscopy from 0.9 to 2.2 µm. LN2 cooling to -100°C dramatically reduces InGaAs dark current for maximum NIR sensitivity. Available in linear (1024×1) and 2D (320×256) formats. The deep-cooled InGaAs detector paired with Princeton Instruments spectrometers creates a complete NIR spectroscopy system.
