Rectangular Optical Mounts AMR-2R25

The front plate of the AMR-2R25 optical mount features a dual-compatibility structural design, accommodating optical elements of different sizes and thicknesses. For 25 mm × 36 mm optical elements with a thickness of 1 mm, the back of the front plate is specially designed with a mounting frame incorporating spring clips. Adjustment can be performed using a ball-head screwdriver or hex key, ensuring a precise and controllable installation process. This effectively prevents damage to thin optical components (such as dichroic mirrors, non-polarizing/polarizing beam splitters) caused by mechanical stress.

For rectangular optical elements measuring 25 mm × 50 mm with a thickness of no less than 3 mm (such as diffraction gratings), secure fixation is achieved via the M4 nylon set screws located on the front side of the front plate. The nylon material further reduces the risk of scratching the optical surface, balancing clamping force with component safety.

This design balances installation flexibility, operational convenience, and component protection capability, making it suitable for various precision optical experiments and system integration scenarios.
