EVEREST — Soft X-ray / XUV / VUV Spectrometer (1-200 nm, 6-1240 eV)
Design Tools
EVEREST is a flat-field grazing-incidence spectrometer that provides aberration-corrected imaging for precise characterization of radiation in soft X-ray, XUV, and VUV spectral ranges.
Its compact, flexible design supports measurements with or without an entrance slit, allowing users to maximize either spectral resolution or light collection efficiency. An integrated filter holder accommodates thin metallic filters for spectral selection and allows easy switching between experimental configurations.
EVEREST is an invaluable diagnostic tool for coherent and incoherent XUV sources, including high-harmonic generation (HHG) and laser-plasma sources, as well as general metrology and spectroscopy in the VUV and soft X-ray range.
