Dammann Gratings DG25-1702-532
DG25-1702-532Design Tools
The LBTek Dammann Grating (DG) is fabricated based on liquid crystal polymer birefringent material and N-BK7 glass substrate, presenting a sandwich structure of front and rear glass substrates plus LCP functional layer with no housing and a single cutting edge.
The device features a binary periodic variation of liquid crystal molecule orientations with half-wave retardation across the entire plane. The grating surface consists of position-encoded binary phase structures capable of splitting laser beams into multiple equal-intensity beams, offering advantages in flat-plate design, high diffraction efficiency, and superior beam-splitting ratios.
