Polymer Beamsplitter DOEs LCBS25-1064-0203-050030
LCBS25-1064-0203-050030Design Tools
LBTek Polymer Beamsplitter (Liquid Crystal Beamsplitter, LCBS) DOEs are fabricated using N-BK7 or UVFS glass substrates and Liquid Crystal Polymers (LCP) materials, presenting a typical sandwich flat-plate structure as single-wavelength devices. The phase structure is engineered through diffractive optics principles to achieve desired beam-splitting patterns, spot separation intervals, and divergence angles.
Compared to cascaded grating beamsplitters, these require no polarization requirements and enable odd-number splitting. Compared to Dammann gratings, they offer superior diffraction efficiency and spot uniformity. Applications include parallel laser processing, optical sensing, and medical aesthetics.
