Overview

The LCBS25-532-0103-000050 is a polymer beamsplitter diffractive optical element (DOE) built as a sandwich flat-plate stack of Liquid Crystal Polymer/N-BK7 Window Plate. A liquid-crystal-polymer phase structure with a half-wave retardation distributes the incident energy across the diffraction orders to produce a 1×3 split pattern with a 0.5 ° separation angle at 532 nm. The element measures Ø25.4×3.2 mm with a Ø21.5 mm clear aperture, reaching 91.24 % diffraction efficiency and >95 % beam-splitting uniformity. Unlike cascaded-grating beamsplitters it imposes no requirement on the polarization state of the incident light, and it supports odd-number splitting.
