Z-Axis Translation Mounts MFP

The LBTEK Z-Axis Translation Mount provides repeatable Z-axis travel through a flexure mechanism, compensating for focus errors in applications such as fiber alignment or spatial filtering. It features translation via a precision micrometer actuator with 1 µm graduations, offering 2 mm of travel in the Z-direction. The lens mount has SM1 (1.035"-40) internal threads and includes two SM1R retaining rings for securing optical components up to 7.2 mm thick with a Ø1-inch diameter. For thicker optical components, an SM1 lens tube can be mounted. The micrometer head is adjustable via a knurled knob or a 2 mm hex wrench. When mounted from the bottom, the distance from the center of the lens mount to the top of the post is 50 mm, while mounting from the side reduces this distance to 17.1 mm. The base of the mount includes three M4 threaded holes and two M6 threaded holes, with two additional M4 threaded holes on the side, facilitating mounting Ø12.7 mm, Ø25 mm, or Ø38 mm posts as needed.
