LBTEK's Non-Polarizing Plate Beamplitters are coated with a dielectric beamsplittier coating on one side and an anti-reflection coating on the other. When a light beam is incident on the beamsplitter coating surface at an angle of 45°, different splitting ratios can be achieved. Currently, five splitting ratios are available: 10:90, 30:70, 50:50, 70:30, and 90:10. The anti-reflection coating options include 400 nm-700 nm, 700 nm-1100 nm, and 1100 nm-1650 nm. The backside is coated with an anti-reflection coating to reduce reflections (ghost images). For applications sensitive to such phenomena, please consider using non-polarizing beamsplitter cubes. The LBTEK Rectangular Non-Polarizing Plate Beamsplitter measures 36.0 mm × 25.0 mm × 1.0 mm, with one side coated with a dielectric beamsplitter coating and the other side coated with an anti-reflection coating. When the light beam is incident on the beamsplitting surface at an agle of 45°, different splitting ratios can be obtained. The back side is coated with an anti-reflection coating to reduce back reflections (ghost images). For applications sensitive to ghosting, please consider using a non-polarizing beamsplitter cube. The splitting ratio accuracy is sensitive to the polarization state of the incident light. Please refer to the pages of performance curves for details.
