The PIXIS-XO is a vacuum-compatible, thermoelectrically cooled CCD camera for direct soft X-ray and EUV detection. The back-thinned sensor in a permanent vacuum housing provides high quantum efficiency across the soft X-ray spectrum without the need for phosphor coatings. TE cooling to -70°C eliminates cryogen logistics in beamline environments.
