The SOPHIA-XO is a high-performance CCD camera optimized for direct soft X-ray and EUV detection. Featuring a back-illuminated, back-thinned CCD sensor in a permanent vacuum enclosure, it achieves quantum efficiency >80% in the soft X-ray range (10 eV - 20 keV). The sensor operates at -70°C via thermoelectric cooling with no cryogens required. Available in multiple sensor formats up to 2048×2048.
